The chocolate tour continued: Lady Chocolatt

Today we went to Lady Chocolatt, and there were so many different kinds of chocolates and chocolate covered items and a bunch of other things as well. We had been there once before, and I remember getting these chocolate spoons that you could stir warm milk with, and the spoons would dissolve into the milk. There were two different kinds of caramel, butter caramel and regular caramel,


I got a butter caramel, a regular caramel, and a gianduja. I wasn't sure what gianduja was, but then I learned that gianduja was like a hazelnut paste, sort of. Turns out, the butter caramel was (surprise, surprise) more buttery.





The owner and her son were really nice. They showed us a patio we didn't even know existed outside, and there were nice plants and all kinds of homey stuff. I have a notebook in the picture, and I used it to catalog the chocolate.
