Before the great chocolate tour, there was a visit to a third-generation chocolatier named Judy. she taught me the basics of chocolate, like how to temper chocolate, the art of chocolate prints, and a whole lot more. And so that was a major turning point in my understanding of chocolate. It is a very fine art that takes years to master, and is actually very delicate and has many layers to it. Which is another reason why it makes a great dessert. Plus, dark chocolate is actually healthy! But back to the subject. Now, there are still a lot of things for me to learn, so hopefully chocolate will grow and develop along with me.
